A wonderful book that describes the plight of an 18-year old teenager confined to a work camp, through letters to his parents, in a frightening time: The Nazi occupation of Holland. Meticulously detailed research and a wealth of photographic documentation about the period of WWII in Holland.

THE MAN WHO MADE VERMEERS...
Art historian Jonathan Lopez has written a revelatory new biography of Dutch master forger Han van Meegeren, who sold a fake Vermeer to Hermann Goering during the German occupation of the Netherlands.

 HOLLAND FOCUS Holland Focus was launched in April 2006 and is the only magazine distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand catering for the Dutch and Flemish. Holland Focus often receives requests from their readers whether the magazine is also published in the United States and Canada. This happens more and more and that is why they have decided to look into the possibility of publishing Holland Focus in North America. While there, you may view examples of past editions. Most articles are in English.
